An SXM node uploads collected data to the SXM cloud at five-minute intervals when an active network connection is present. Data from the cloud may take an additional two minutes to appear on the dashboard, resulting in a potential delay of up to seven minutes from the moment it was captured at the remote node to be displayed on the dashboard. 


It's important to note that if a node operates offline without a network connection, collected data is cached locally. Once the network connection is reestablished, all cached data is uploaded to the cloud. 


Additionally, when using the current early access version of the Quicksight dashboard, please be aware that there might be a delay of up to one hour for the data to appear.
