Download ThinkRF R6000 firmware v0.1.2.
Refer to the instruction here for how to do a firmware update (which is the same as R6000).
Fixed Defects
- Fixed the FPGA would occasionally be improperly configured when decimating.
- Fixed an edge case when sweeping with a frequency step of 0 and an iteration of 1, it would continuously captur
- Fixed a slow memory lea
- Fixed a segfault that occurred with session switching.
- The RF section will occasionally not able to be configured correctly. Implemented a work around.
Known Issues and Limitations
- On rare occasions during boot-up, if the RF card is detected to be in an invalid state, the device will attempt to reset the RF card to restore it to a functional state. If the RF card remains in the invalid state after 10 reset attempts, the hardware will trigger an error, and the status LED will blink with short red pulses to indicate the issue. A power cycle of the R6000 is required to resolve the error.
- The digital card also has the same issue. If detected, it will set a status LED error similarly. R6000 power cycle must be preformed.
