It is a known issue that running firmware version 1.6.7 will cause HIF malfuction. It is recommended to use a lower version firmware such as ThinkRF R5500/R5550 firmware 1.6.5 or ThinkRF R5500/R5550 firmware v1.6.6 for WBIQ units

Please contact Support if you are experiencing issues when using version 1.6.5 or 1.6.6.
